Designations System

The method of bearing designation for angular contact ball bearings typically consists of three parts: prefix, basic code, and suffix. Here’s an explanation of the designation method used by BRZB:

Suffix:
1.7602, 7603, TAC-B: single row thrust angular contact ball bearings.
2.ZKLN, ZKLF: double row thrust angular contact ball bearings.
3.DKLFA: triple row thrust angular contact ball bearings.
4.ZARF and ZARN: thrust cylindrical roller bearings.
Basic Code:
The basic code follows the same format as other bearings. It consists of a type of code at the beginning, followed by size (width series), and then the inner diameter series.
Suffix:
TN1: Polyamide cage.
L252: Lubcon high speed grease.
NBU15: Klueber ISOFLEX.
2RZ: non-contact rubber seal.
2RS: Contact rubber seal.
HQ1: Ceramic balls.

Please note that bearing designation methods may vary from country to country, and the above explanation is specific to the BRZB designation method for screw drive bearings.
