The speeds achievable, as indicated in the product tables for single row and double row bearings, serve as approximate guidelines. These values are based on cylindrical roller bearings operating with near-zero radial internal clearance (referred to as “Limiting Speeds”).

However, these speed ratings may need to be adjusted downward under certain conditions:
When the operating radial internal clearance exceeds 0.002 mm (considering seat tolerances under standard conditions)
When preload is applied to the bearing (again, considering seat tolerances under standard conditions)
When the seats and abutments fail to meet the required accuracy specifications (pertaining to the accuracy of seats and abutments)
