BRZB Angular Contact Thrust Ball Bearings designed for screw drives come in single, double, or triple row configurations. Depending on the specific series, these precision bearings can support both radial and axial forces in either one or both directions. When assembled, the bearing rings are meticulously matched to ensure a predefined preload is achieved, secured in place by a precision locknut. To safeguard the rolling elements from contaminants and moisture, contact seals are employed. For applications requiring higher speeds, gap seals are an alternative.
Types of Bearings:
Single Row Thrust Angular Contact Ball Bearings: Series 7602, 7603, TAC-B(fig.1)
Double Row Thrust Angular Contact Ball Bearings: Series ZKLN, ZKLF (fig.2)
Triple Row Thrust Angular Contact Ball Bearings: Series DKLFA (fig.3)
Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearings: Series ZARF and ZARN (fig.4)
Mounting Options:
These bearings are offered with or without fixing holes in the outer ring. Bearings featuring holes can be directly screw-mounted onto adjacent structures. This design is cost-effective as it eliminates the need for a separate locating bore or the associated bearing cover and matching work.
Precision Levels:
For applications where less precision is acceptable, bearings with more relaxed tolerances are also available, offering a cost-effective solution without compromising on essential performance metrics.
